Brief

A world-renowned college needed a senior leadership development program that would foster openness and develop a connected leadership community of change-makers. 

 

Delivery & Impact

Applying the latest in leadership insight and research, we blended a foundation of coaching skills with an experiential course designed to embed learnings into the real-world. The program achieved observable shifts in individual awareness, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Connecting leaders across the organization, it broke down silos while empowering leaders to build personal and professional insight, resilience, and future-proofed leadership skills.
